Our philosophy is not to elaborate on what could not be accomplished in the past, but concentrate and dedicate time to find solutions for the present and the future. We dedicate an estimated 10% of our time to product and machine development. Kadco has developed techniques and processes that allow us to machine components not considered practical by other houses. Example: Through our knowledge of tribology (Coefficient of sliding friction unlubricated at room temperature) and materials, we developed components that operate at 500 degrees centigrade at 10 to the minus 13 torr with no apparent wear. This design is now becoming a standard. Our unique capacities and innovations have made us sole suppliers to many customers.
